History

RSTI is located in Solon, OH, approximately 20 miles southeast of Cleveland. Founded in 1985 by Terrence M. Speth, RSTI began as a “basement operation” with Terry and his staff traveling across the country to provide basic x-ray service training at host hospitals. RSTI’s offices were located in the basement of Terry’s Bainbridge home where all administrative functions were performed, including maintenance of documentation and class records.

In 1988, RSTI moved to its present location in Solon, Ohio. Over the years, RSTI has tripled its space from 6,000 square feet to nearly 30,000 square feet. This included the installation of new state-of-the-art equipment used strictly for training purposes and expansion of our classrooms, administrative offices, warehouse, and documentation library.

Today, RSTI’s training facility houses over 2 dozen diagnostic imaging rooms for training labs, computer lab, used equipment and parts inventory, an extensive service documentation library, student lounge, cafeteria, and administrative offices.

RSTI’s training resources are unparalleled in the industry. We invite you to visit whenever you’re in the area. Tours of our training center are always available.
