President / Instructor
Dale has served as the VP and Director of Training for the past three years. In January of this year he was promoted to position of President. In his 26 years with RSTI he has held positions as Lab Instructor, Technical Instructor, Senior Instructor and Training Manager. Prior to coming to RSTI, Dale worked as Chief of Technical Operations for a start-up wireless cable company. Dale also served in the US Army for 8 years in the field of Satellite Systems repair. Other electronics experience includes Field Service with Picker International and Satellite Assembly and Testing with TRW.
Dale received his electronics training in the US Army as well as leadership, equipment maintenance management, instructional and personnel management training. Dale has been a Certified Radiological Equipment Specialist (CRES#170) and is a Partner at RSTI. Additionally, Dale serves as a current member of the RSTI Board of Directors.
Vice President / Director of Training

Todd joined RSTI as an Instructor in 2001. Todd is CPSM (Certified PACS Systems Master) certified as a PACS administrator. His expertise in various areas of DICOM and computer networking and administration qualify him to develop updated curriculum and serve as Lead Instructor for RSTI’s PACS Engineer/Administrator Certification Series. Todd also teaches analog and digital mammography systems, CR, DR, GE Proteus, Bone densitometry, and AMX-IV Portables. In addition to his duties as an Instructor, Todd manages RSTI’s Intranet and digital modality/PACS network. Todd graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration from Alfred University (Alfred, NY) in May 2001, and is a Partner at RSTI. Also, Todd is a current member of the RSTI Board of Directors.
Vice President / Equipment Sales
Terry has spent most of his life, growing up in and around RSTI’s labs and warehouse. Over the past 6 years, he’s grown to become an invaluable member of the used medical equipment sales team. Terry assists with installations and de-installations of equipment around the country. He is instrumental in transitioning labs and used equipment within our advanced training environment. Terry has a BA in Business from BGSU in 2006.
Kathy is the wife of the late Terry Speth, Sr., the Founder of RSTI. As a Partner, she has been involved in the business for 28 years and is currently CEO. For many years she served as the bookkeeper at RSTI and eventually took over all of the accounting and money management activities. She shared the vision for the growth and development of RSTI, all the way back to the days when Terry, Sr. worked at Picker X-ray.
Vicki joined RSTI in July of 2016 as Controller. She is responsible for the accounting process, producing financial statements and monitoring financial and business metrics. Prior to working at RSTI, she was a Consultant assisting RSTI and other companies with implementing their SAP Business One software. Previous experience includes over 20+ years of Operations and Management in the manufacturing and service industry for Electrical Switchgear and Power Controls industries. She has a B.S. in Industrial Management from the University of Akron. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and walks on paths and trails.
David Domanski has been a technical Instructor with RSTI since March, 2005. Prior to joining the RSTI team he worked as a field service engineer for a multi-vendor independent service organization covering Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Michigan. David is currently the lead instructor for Phase I (Principles of Servicing Diagnostic X-Ray) and Phase II (Advanced Radiography ) as well as the OEC 9600,9800 and 9900 c-arms.
David attended Indiana University 1989-1992. He graduated from RSTI’s Certificate Series in January 2003. He has completed many manufacturers’ training programs on specific radiographic and ancillary equipment.
Mike joined RSTI as an Instructor in February 2005. His experience in communications design and engineering sales and technical support qualified him to update and teach our mammography curriculum. In addition to his duties as an Instructor, Mike is in charge of RSTI’s graphics department to include newsletter and schedule layout and design.
Mike earned his B.S. in Electronic Engineering from University of Akron, May 2001.
Anna joined RSTI in 1990 as our Marketing Coordinator where she later grew into the role of Training Registrar. Her major contributions include student recruitment, selection, and enrollment. In addition, Anna coordinates the entire registration process from start to finish: implementing and managing training contracts as well as maintaining the customer database.
Anna also interfaces with the State Approving Agency (GI Bill) and State of Ohio Board of Career Schools and Colleges. Anna graduated from John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1984 with a B.A. in English and a Business Concentration.
Darrel joined the RSTI team in September 2008. Prior to joining RSTI, Darrel worked in the medical imaging parts business for 5 years. While working in the parts business, Darrel gained knowledge of the equipment and an understanding of what it takes to install, de-install, and move imaging equipment. Removal and logistics have become a strength in his ability to buy and sell imaging equipment.
Darrel has also been studying electronics to gain a better knowledge of the systems and their working components. He has installed radiographic and R/F rooms, analog and digital Mammography systems.
Warehouse Operations Manager / Service Engineer
Ken joined RSTI in April 2008 with a background in electronics repair and warehousing. In addition to managing the daily operations of the warehouse, Kenneth also troubleshoots, makes any necessary repairs, and preps units for delivery. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, woodworking, and binge-watching Netflix.
Joe joined RSTI in October 1990 where he was responsible for updating and implementing Phases I-IV in RSTI’s X-Ray Certificate Series and Siemens Polyphos. Additionally, he installed, repaired, and calibrated equipment from various manufacturers; provided on-site technical support; and interacted with manufacturers for the purpose of acquiring and demonstrating test equipment.
Joe left RSTI to serve as Supervisor of Diagnostic Imaging Training at Ditec from 1992-2013. He was also President of JC Imaging, performing preventative and corrective maintenance as Instrumentarian’s Field Service Representative from 1999-2009. He returned to RSTI in February of 2014, and currently holds the position of Technical Training Instructor.
Donna has been with RSTI for 23 years. Her major responsibilities include maintaining, updating and distributing the classroom documentation for every student attending RSTI. She organizes and administrates the RSTI technical library, including all manuals and schematics, as well as manages the sales and shipping of the Certified Radiology Equipment Specialist (CRES) program.
Donna has five years teaching experience and has a B.S. in Education from Cleveland State University, Cleveland, Ohio, 1971.
Parts and Equipment Sales Representative
Jason joined the RSTI team in September 2015. As an alumnus of Kent State University with 7 years in the imaging parts business, he was a welcome addition to our team. In his spare time, Jason enjoys golfing and spending time with his family, which recently grew with the arrival of his newborn son.
Parts Inventory Manager
Mike joined the RSTI team in December 2014. Prior to RSTI Mike worked for 2 years for a medical imaging parts company where he organized and streamlined their parts inventory. Previous to this Mike was a machine builder for 25 years. Mike also assists on remote installations and removals.
Parts Repair Manager
Eddie started out at RSTI in 1988 managing the RUN network. He then started several other businesses in the medical imaging field. After a while, Eddie re- joined RSTI in May 2015. In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and working on cars. He is the go-to guy for repairing parts and sourcing hard to find components.
Accounts Payable Clerk
Lecia joined RSTI in 2015 as an Accounts Payable Clerk. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree at Cleveland State University. Lecia brings 13 years experience in the accounting field to her roll, where she ensures proper procedures and policies are followed and reviews documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
Josh joined the RSTI team in September of 2013. Using his experience in transportation, and his willingness to go the extra mile, he cemented himself a role as the point man for remote unit removals and installations. In his free time, Josh loves karaoke, woodworking, and firearms.
Dustin joined the RSTI team in April 2015. Prior he worked for another medical imaging parts supplier for 3 years, and owned his own service company for 3 years. He enjoys golfing and soccer. Recently added some golf balls to the water hazards at pebble beach. Runs the service department at RSTI, and offers his extensive knowledge to keeping the labs up and running.
Gayla recently joined RSTI as our sourcing and service coordinator. She brings 6+ years experience in the medical field sourcing parts and developing vendor relations. Her work supporting the sales force will enhance customer satisfaction and ensure they get the best value possible on the parts and systems they seek. As the service coordinator Gayla will be the focal point for scheduling and record keeping for our customer support services. Outside the office, Gayla loves to be with her family and take her boxer Harley for walks and to the park.
Donovan joined RSTI as a warehouse associate. Among Donovan’s duties are inventory control and shipping and receiving. Prior to RSTI he worked in the construction industry for 13 years as a Commercial Roofer. In his free time, Donovan enjoys his Saltwater Reef Aquarium and watching basketball games while eating cheeseburgers. He also describes himself as one of the biggest Cleveland Cavaliers fans!
Aaron joined RSTI to assist with the growing warehousing, and equipment transportation and testing needs. Aaron brings three years of warehousing experience gained during his time spent in the sheet metal industry. Aaron has worked in the field of medical imaging for years now, and through determination and working with the warehouse team and instructor he has become proficient in servicing most every modality, and is developing a specialty in computed tomography. Aaron is also perusing a degree Biomedical Electrical Engineering Technology, with a scheduled completion in spring 2018.
