Our online training courses are live and instructor-led, allowing students to interact and engage in real-time.

Completion of the hands-on practicum, calibration, and troubleshooting portions of the course can be accomplished by:

• Attending only the hands-on portion of the course at RSTI within 6 months.
• Performing the hands-on portion utilizing your equipment at your site. This is supplemented with live concurrent demonstrations using RSTI’s equipment. Note: This option is not available for Phase I-IV courses.

Requirements include:

• A private room where the student is the sole occupant.
• A laptop with an internet connection, webcam, microphone, and speakers.

  Cut any PACS communication problem in half by eliminating one system or the other as well as how to implement and troubleshoot specific problems using software emulators and noninvasive network sniffers.

• PACS Engineers & Administrators Certification (Phase 2)

  Learn in-depth troubleshooting techniques for digital imaging systems, modalities, and information management systems as well as how to use noninvasive DICOM sniffing software to pinpoint the source of digital imaging problems and determine the appropriate corrective action.

  This course is designed to teach the experienced service professional the requisite knowledge necessary to successfully pass the CRES test. The subjects covered include, radiation physics, radiation safety, anatomy, physiology, x-ray equipment use, CDRH compliance testing, electronics, and troubleshooting.
